Wayne has been a resident of Downtown Lowell for over ten years. Wayne, his wife, and their pets currently reside in a condo on Market St. that they purchased in 2015. Wayne has been an active member of many neighborhood, community and political groups in the city and beyond during his time living downtown. Wayne is seeking the office of City Council, District 4 in order to make Lowell a better place to live, learn, do business and recreate.
For over twenty years, Wayne has worked as an information technology professional building, maintaining and supporting complex systems and working with strategic partners to meet organizational goals. Wayne has worked for healthcare organizations, educational organizations and technology companies.
Wayne is very interested in meeting as many neighbors and community members as possible.
